Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System suffered a cyberattack in late May. The initial investigation suggests that the data breach may have impacted sensitive personal and financial information including names, contact information and health billing records. John Hopkins will continue to investigate and contact affected individuals.
John Hopkins recommends all students, faculty and staff — as well as dependents — to take immediate steps to protect their personal information as a precautionary measure.
